The Easyband coolant filtration system is an economical gravity filter bed for grinding and machine tool coolant filtration.  The Easyband gravity bed filter can be outfitted with the Kalamit magnetic coolant filter to remove ferrous material and get the best use of coolant filter paper.  The automatic indexing coolant filtration system advances the filter fabric when full of solids.  The filter paper and sludge is discharged into the collection tank.  Clean coolant is collected in the coolant tank where it is pumped back to the machine.  These systems are commonly used as a grinding coolant filtration system.
